Perform inventory cycle count

Cycle counting lets users regularly audit their inventory and reconcile their recorded stocks with what is physically present on their shelves.

To perform a cycle count:

  1. Navigate to Supplies > Inventory Cycle Count.
  2. Click New:

  3. Select a site for the cycle count:
    Click sit.png
  4. In the Select Classes for Cycle Count window, select the parameters to limit your inventory records by. After selecting filters, the generated cycle count window displays a curated list of the selected data:Limit cycle count view in advance.png
  5. Click Ok.
  6. In the Cycle Count window, you can:
    • Input accurate inventory count into the Stock Count column.
    • Select the user performing the cycle count from the Counted By dropdown menu.
    • Select the date from the Date Counted dropdown menu.
    • Click Save Changes to save your inputs without syncing or closing the window.
    • Click Process to save and sync your count and close the window.

  7. In the confirmation pop-up, click OK:
