Overview
This article will outline how to handle seasonal scheduled maintenances in the CMMS. Multiple triggers can be configured to generate work orders on a seasonal basis.
1. To create a scheduled maintenance that generates a preventive maintenance work order in the Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter select any of the triggers fire, and add a yearly time based trigger for each date. This will generate a preventive work order at the beginning of each season.
