In this release, we've added the N/A result to inspection tasks so that users can record inspection results more accurately.
Before you begin
This feature is available to all customers with access to inspection tasks.
The N/A result is disabled by default. To learn how to enable this feature, see Enable the N/A result option for inspection tasks.
You can now select N/A as a result for an inspection task in both v5 and v6 Work Orders:

When configuring an inspection task, you can add follow-on actions for an N/A result:

Just like the Pass or Fail results, the N/A result can be renamed for each task in v5 Work Orders. To learn more, see Rename inspection task results.
Note
While inspection task results cannot be directly edited in v6 Work Orders, any changes made to result names for tasks in scheduled maintenance or task groups will still be displayed in v6 Work Orders.
