Audience: Administrators and users with the View users system role permission.

| Show users not assigned to a group | Click the Users missing group quick filter. |
This filter shows users that are not assigned to a user group. In multi-site configurations, it also shows users who are not assigned to one or more sites. This filter cannot be applied at the same time as Groups, Regions, or Sites filters. |
| Filter by region | Click the Region drop-down filter and select a region. |
In multi-site configurations, users can be assigned to one or more regions. This filter shows users assigned to the selected regions (and their sites). This filter cannot be applied at the same time as Users missing groups filter. |
| Filter by status | Click the Status drop-down filter and select one or more statuses. | Status indicates whether the user is taking up a user seat (license). |
| Filter by system role | Click the System role drop-down filter and select one or more roles. | System roles give users permission to make changes in the CMMS. |

Click the Sites drop-down filter and select a site. |

This filter shows users assigned to the selected user groups. This filter cannot be applied at the same time as Users missing groups filter. |
| Sort the list |
Click the column heading you want to sort by. For example, to sort by job title, click that heading. |

| Show more users per page | Select a different number from the Show drop-down list. | Increases the number of users visible on the list page. The options include 5, 10, 20, 50, or 100 visible users per page. |
| Navigate between pages | Use the left and right arrows or enter a number in the Jump to page field. | – |
| Clear all filters | Click Clear filters. | Filters persist even when a user leaves the user list page. Some filters cannot be applied at the same time, and need to be cleared before applying another. |
Tip
You can add, remove, or reorder columns to view different information about your users at any time.
