Change the report frequency for parts forecaster

By default, parts forecaster predictions are generated weekly. However, if you prefer to receive predictions monthly, you can change the report frequency.

To change how often you get predictions in parts forecaster:

1. Navigate to Settings > CMMS Settings.
2. Click the AI Settings tab.
3. In the Parts Forecaster section, select an option in the Run report drop-down list:
   
4. To specify when the new report frequency takes effect, enter a date in the Start on field.
   Note: The date you enter must be at least 8 days in the future so that we have enough data for accurate predictions.
5. Click Save.
