These pre-release notes offer a preview of an upcoming release. As a result, some details may change between now and the actual release date.
This release includes the following changes:
Dashboard performance improvements
To improve performance in the (v5) Dashboards feature, we’ve made the following changes:
- The data in dashboard widgets is cached for 60 seconds. This means that it could take up to a minute for recent changes in your CMMS to be reflected in dashboards. As part of this change, we’ve added a banner to notify users that there could be a slight delay before changes are displayed.
- The following widgets are now limited to displaying data from the past 90 days or less:
- Asset offline event count
- Closed work orders
- Open work orders
- Purchase orders awaiting approval
- Work requests
