New copy and paste options for Fiix MAX
In this release, we’ve added 3 new ways for users to copy and paste text from Fiix MAX conversations on mobile devices.
Copy-to-clipboard (quick-copy) button
Users can now copy Fiix MAX responses using a dedicated quick-copy button in the Fiix MAX chat window on mobile.
The quick-copy button appears after each Fiix MAX response. Users tap the quick-copy button to instantly copy the text to their clipboard. They can then navigate away from the chat to paste the copied text somewhere else.
The quick-copy button only copies Fiix MAX’s most recent response text. The user’s prompt is not included in the copied text. Links to assets or work orders, suggested prompts, citations, images, and files are also not included in the copied text.
Copy selected text
In addition to the quick-copy button, we’ve added options for users to adjust and select a specific part of Fiix MAX’s response to copy to clipboard.
To copy a selection of Fiix MAX’s response, users long-press (tap and hold) the text and adjust the selection using the selection pins. When the selection is ready, users tap Copy to save the selected text to their clipboard.
Copy user’s message
To copy their own message to clipboard, users long-press the message in the chat window to bring up a menu with a copy button. Tap Copy from this menu to save the message to clipboard, which can then be pasted somewhere else.
Fiix MAX response timeout update
We’ve increased the amount of time Fiix MAX can take to respond before timing out from 4 minutes to 6 minutes. After 6 minutes, the response is cancelled and the user receives a specific error message that explains that a timeout occurred and suggests the user simplify their prompt and try again.
Login enhancements
We’ve updated the way logins are processed for users on mobile devices. Logins are now authenticated using Apple and Android’s in-built platform recommendations, allowing for more secure and reliable authentication.
The login process for users remains the same, and no changes are required from users (including SSO users). Users still log in using the same credentials and on the same pages as before. Some users may notice that additional steps like navigating to an external browser to complete their login are no longer required.
Updated language strings (Hungarian, Slovakian, Romanian)
We’ve added some minor language updates for Hungarian, Slovakian, and Romanian text. This update allows the software to display some messages in these languages, but it is not a full language support release.
User interface update (iOS)
Devices using iOS 26 and above have some user interface updates designed to match Apple’s updated visual style. The bottom navigation bar now appears partially translucent, allowing some screen content to display behind it. The New button in this bottom navigation bar has moved from the center position to the right side, and no longer appears with a text label.
These updates are only visible for users on iOS 26 and above.
Performance enhancements
As part of ongoing work to improve the mobile app, we’ve made a number of performance- and sustainability-related enhancements.
