These pre-release notes offer a preview of an upcoming release. As a result, some details may change between now and the actual release date.
This release includes the following changes:
Dashboard performance improvements
To improve performance in the Dashboards feature, the following widgets are now limited to displaying data from the past 90 days or less:
- Asset Offline Event Count
- Overdue Purchase Orders
- Overdue RFQs
In other words, you can change still the Time Period filter to display a shorter range (Today, This Month, etc.); this change only limits the maximum time period that can be displayed.
Last price in work orders
In v5 Work orders, you can now display Last price as a column in the Parts tab.
To add this column:
- Go to Maintenance > Work orders.
- Click any work order in the list.
- Click the Parts tab.
- In the gear menu, click Rearrange:
- In the table header in the Parts tab, click the Select visible elements icon:
- Select the new Last price checkbox.
- Click OK.

Tasks added to work orders or SMs by assigning a maintenance type to a task group are now automatically associated with any assets on the work order or SM. Previously, tasks were not associated with an asset when added this way. |
