In this release, we are introducing Fiix Maintenance Assistant Experience (MAX), our AI chatbot specialized for maintenance and customized for your CMMS:
Open the chatbot by clicking the Fiix MAX icon () on the desktop application.
You might ask Fiix MAX how to address steering issues for your forklift, request to see overdue work orders, or inquire about how to use certain features in the Fiix application. It answers questions by searching through your CMMS data and other secure resources like the Fiix Help Center.
Fiix MAX is only available for Professional and Enterprise tenants. Access to Fiix MAX is granted by assigning licenses to users. As part of this release, we've also added a new MAX user permissions dashboard in Analytics, where you can track which users have access to Fiix MAX. To learn more about obtaining Fiix MAX licenses, contact your Fiix representative.
