Before you begin
These pre-release notes offer a preview of an upcoming release. As a result, some details may change between now and the actual release date.
In this release, we've added the option for users on Basic plans to upgrade to Professional plans independently using a new button in Account Settings.
Only users on Basic plans can see this button and upgrade to Professional plans. Users looking to downgrade or make changes to any other plans still need to contact their Fiix representative.
To upgrade from Basic to Professional:
- Log in to your CMMS from your macmms.com URL (e.g. example.macmms.com).
- Click Settings > Account Settings. This page can't be accessed via bookmark, and so you must log in to the CMMS first.
- Click the Upgrade button on the dashboard.
