This release includes the following changes to the mobile app version 1.57.0 for iOS and Android:
- Work orders in read-only mode now show the Files tab

Work orders in read-only mode now show the Files tab
When viewing work orders in read-only mode, users can now access attached files like photos and manuals with read-only access. To access files, click a work order card from the work orders list and select the Files tab.
Helper text update
We’ve improved the clarity of helper text labels in the work orders details tab. New text under fields like Priority and Maintenance type tells users that these fields can be edited, while users in read-only mode have more visual clarity for the fields that are available to them as read-only.
Improved the work order page scroll experience (Android only)
In a previous update we set the sort and filter buttons at the top of the work order list to automatically hide when the user scrolls the work order list, allowing more screen space to view work order cards. We’ve updated this feature to ensure the sort and filter bar hides consistently after a short delay to improve the experience of scrolling and viewing work orders on mobile.

As part of ongoing work to improve the mobile app, we’ve made a number of performance-related and sustainability enhancements.
