Auto-enablement of work order insights and asset insights (Professional and Enterprise)
The following Fiix Foresight (AI) dashboards are now available automatically for all customers who upgrade to the Professional or Enterprise plans:
- Asset Insights
- Active Work Order Insights
- Closed Work Order Insights
Note
If you haven't met the minimum data requirements (listed in the table below), the feature will still be enabled, but the dashboard will be blank until you have enough data to populate it.
Once you upgrade, these features are added to the feature menu automatically within the following timelines:
Dashboard | Parent feature | Timeline | Min. data requirement |
---|---|---|---|
Asset Insights | Assets |
This first of the month after you upgrade. For example, if you upgrade on July 5, the feature will be available starting August 1. |
3 months of work order data |
Active Work Order Insights | Maintenance |
The day after you upgrade. For example, if you upgrade on July 5, the feature will be available starting July 6. |
Close 200 work orders over a 12-month period Note: Our AI considers a work order closed when it has a completed date. |
Closed Work Order Insights |
This first of the month after you upgrade. For example, if you upgrade on July 5, the feature will be available starting August 1. |
