This release includes the following changes:
Work Orders improvements
Inspection task support for task groups in work orders
You can now add task groups (and assets with associated task groups) that have inspection tasks to a work order in v6. If the Notify Users checkbox has been selected for any inspection tasks in the task group, you will be prompted to review them and specify the user to be notified upon for each one.
If you're adding a task group, you will be taken to the Review Inspection Tasks page upon adding the task group and saving the work order:
Note: This page only displays the tasks that are missing user information for notifications.
After either specifying the user or user groups or deselecting the checkboxes to remove the notifications, click Confirm to add the task group.
Alternately, if you're adding an asset associated with a task group, a banner will appear on the work order, prompting you to either review the task groups or not add them to the work order:
If you choose to review and add task groups, you will have to fill out the Review Inspection Tasks page described above.
Inspection task support for task groups in scheduled maintenance
When adding a task group (or assets with associated task groups) containing inspection tasks that have the Notify Users checkbox selected but no specified user or user group to be notified, a message now appears alerting you of the issue, and the scheduled maintenance will be automatically paused.
To resume the scheduled maintenance, select the inspection task and add the user or user group to be notified by selecting the downward arrow for the Notify Users field:
You can also deselect the Notify Users checkbox to remove the notification if it's no longer needed.
Toggle the scheduled maintenance back on if needed, and click Save.
Updated appearance of follow-on notifications fields in inspection tasks
Updated appearance of fields for follow-on notifications in inspection tasks to better indicate which field is required.

– | Fixed an issue in v6 where brand logo updates would not change on the login screen. Branding and logo updates are now reflected on the login screen, in addition to the previous locations: upper banner, reports, print-generated files, purchase orders, emails, and receipts. |
