Before you begin
To log in to Fiix, you'll need your email, password, and your organization's Fiix URL. A user can set their password for the first time from the welcome email that triggers when their administrator activates their account.
Only active users can log in. A deactivated user will receive an error after attempting to log in.
Version: v6 (what does this mean?)
The Fiix CMMS is available on a web app and mobile app.
Your organization has its own Fiix URL, which is the web address where you access your organization's CMMS. If you don't know your organization's Fiix URL, contact your administrator.
To log in:
- Navigate to your organization's Fiix URL in a browser. It should look something like yourcompanyname.macmms.com.

Enter your email address (in some cases, enter a username) and password. Toggle the Show password icon to see what you're typing:
- Click Log in.
Tip
If you haven't already, bookmark your organization's Fiix URL in your browser. This will make it easier the next time you log in.
