This release includes the following changes:
Audit trail release
Before you begin
Plans: Enterprise only
Audience: Administrators
Starting today, our new Audit Trail feature is being released to Enterprise customers in phases.
Audit trail allows you to access a change log for your work orders, which can be helpful in tracking down specific changes, as well as gathering data for audits.
The feature tracks create, update, and delete actions (called "events") on work orders, such as:
-
The creation of the work order, its tasks, and its meter readings
-
Updates to work order fields such as its status and priority
-
The deletion of information such as suggested completion date and costs
To learn more, see About audit trail.
