Calendar allows you to view and manage your maintenance activities using a familiar, easy-to-use layout. Work orders are arranged on the calendar based on their assignee, as well as their suggested start and suggested completion dates:
Each user and user group has a separate row in the calendar, allowing you to easily see who has been assigned work and when. From here, you can adjust workloads by rescheduling and reassigning work as necessary.
