We provide the following dashboards:

The sections below include more detailed information about these dashboards, including their filters and tiles (i.e. "widgets").

Active work orders dashboard

This dashboard shows you important information about your active work orders at a glance, which can help you figure out which work orders need your attention first:

You can filter this dashboard by:

  • Assigned user

  • Site name

The dashboard contains the following tiles:

Tile

Description

Active

The number of active work orders (i.e. work orders assigned the Active status).

Due Later Today

The number of work orders that are due today, but are not yet late.

Late

The number of work orders that are still active after their suggested completion date and time.

No Due Date

The number of work orders that don’t have a suggested completion date.

Late Work Orders

A pie chart of late work orders, with slices that show exactly how late they are.

For example, you could use this chart to see how many of your late work orders were due earlier today, versus how many were due more than two weeks ago.

Late High-Priority Work Orders

A bar chart that shows how many late, high-priority work orders are assigned to each user.

This tile includes work orders assigned one of the top 2 priority levels. To reorder priority levels, drag and drop the priority in Settings > CMMS Settings > Lookup Tables > Priorities. To learn more, see (ADD LINK).

Active WOs by User

A table with bar charts that show the number of active work orders assigned to each user. The table breaks these work orders into 2 separate columns depending on whether they were generated from scheduled maintenance.

Active WOs by Type

A table with a bar chart that shows the number of active work orders for each maintenance type (inspection, preventive, etc.).

Active WOs by Priority

A pie chart that shows how many active work orders there are for each priority (high, low, etc.).

Top 25 Assets with Open WOs

A bar chart that shows how many active work orders there are for each asset (by asset code).

Time between WO statuses dashboard

This dashboard shows you the average time between any two statuses, which helps you to identify issues that are slowing down your progress on work orders:

To use this dashboard, start by selecting 2 statuses in the status name filter. These are the statuses that will be compared in the dashboard.

In addition to status name, you can further filter this dashboard by:

  • Date

  • Asset category

  • Site

  • User Group

This dashboard contains the following tiles:

Description

Total WOs by Asset Category (Top 20)

The asset categories in this section had the highest number of work orders that transitioned between the selected statuses during the selected period. The bar graphs show how many work orders were scheduled vs unscheduled for each category.

Average Hours Between Statuses

The average number of hours between the selected statuses for both scheduled and unscheduled work orders.

This data is also displayed as a scatterplot that allows you to identify the work orders that took significantly longer to transition between the selected statuses. To view more information about a work order, click on its dot and select Go to Work Order.

Number of WOs

The total number of scheduled and unscheduled work orders that transitioned between the selected statuses. In other words, this is how many work orders contribute to the data in the Average Hours Between Statuses tiles.

Average Hours Between Statuses (Scheduled WOs)

The average number of hours between the selected statuses for scheduled work orders specifically.

This data is also displayed as a scatterplot that allows you to identify the work orders that took significantly longer to transition between the selected statuses. To view more information about a work order, click on its dot and select Go to Work Order.

Number of WOs (Scheduled)

The total number of scheduled work orders that transitioned between the selected statuses. In other words, this is how many work orders contribute to the data in the Average Hours Between Statuses (Scheduled WOs) tiles.

Average Hours Between Statuses (Unscheduled WOs)

The average number of hours between the selected statuses for unscheduled work orders specifically.

This data is also displayed as a scatterplot that allows you to identify the work orders that took significantly longer to transition between the selected statuses. To view more information about a work order, click on its dot and select Go to Work Order.

Number of WOs (Unscheduled)

The total number of scheduled work orders that transitioned between the selected statuses. In other words, this is how many work orders contribute to the data in the Average Hours Between Statuses (Unscheduled WOs) tiles.
