How do I change my username?

Note

To change your admin username in Fiix you'll need to log in to your account as an admin. To learn more, see Log in to the web app. If you can't log in, see How do I recover my username or Change your password.

To change the username of any user, including an admin:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Users

  2. Select the user

  3. Navigate to the Login & Account Controls heading and enter the new name in the User Name field

  4. Click Save

 

How do I recover my username?

To recover your username from outside the Fiix web app, you'll need to Contact our support team.

Please include your Fiix account URL (YourCompanyName.macmms.com) in your request and our support team will contact you as soon as possible.

 

How do I deactivate my account?

Before you begin

Deactivating your account will cancel your subscription and prevent further access to your account and its data.

To cancel your subscription or switch to a free plan, you'll need to Contact our support team.

To deactivate a user instead, see Add and remove users.

To deactivate your Fiix account, your account owner will need to Contact our support team.

 

How do I reactivate my account?

If your account has been deactivated, you will need to Contact our support team to reactivate it.

How do I change my CMMS URL?
