Before you begin
Enabling this feature also enables viewing work requests in the mobile app. To learn more, see Enable viewing work requests in the mobile app.
Users with this permission enabled will see the All Work Orders filter instead of My Team's Work when filtering work orders by assignment. However, if their organization has more than 7000 active work orders, they will continue seeing My Team's Work.
When this feature is enabled, users can view closed work orders in the Work Orders and Assets features of the mobile app.
To enable viewing closed work orders in the mobile app:

In the web app, navigate to Settings > User Groups.

Click the user group you want to enable access for.

Click the Page Permissions tab:

In the Page drop-down list, select Work Orders.

Select the Can Access The 'Work Orders Administration' Page checkbox:

Click Save.

Repeat steps 2-6 for any additional user groups you want to enable access for.
