View the closed work orders report

The Closed work orders report summarizes risks from your closed work orders. You can use it for post-mortem work and to identify trends you want to address in future work orders.

You can access the report directly in the CMMS by navigating to Analytics BETA > Work Order Insights BETA > Closed Work Orders:

The app displays your report for the current period:

The report is divided in to the following sections:

Closed Work Orders Monthly Trend

This section displays a line graph showing the trend for the high and low risk levels:

The risk level is determined by a work order's risk score. To learn more, see How risk scores are calculated.

You can use this section to monitor the impact of the changes you've made in your processes.

 

Top Risky Asset Category for the Last Month

This section lists the asset categories with the highest risk scores in the past month:

You can use this section to determine which asset categories most need your attention.

The table includes the following columns:

Description

Category Description

The description for the asset category.

Number of Work Orders Associated

The number of work orders logged against assets in this category during the past month.

Average Risk Score

The average risk score for work orders logged against assets in this category during the past month. To learn more, see How risk scores are calculated.

Sum of Risk Scores

The sum of all risk scores for all work orders logged against assets in this category in the past month.

 

Top Risky Assets for the Last Month

This section is similar to the previous one, but displays the riskiest assets, rather than the asset categories:

As with the previous section, you can use this information to determine which assets most need your attention

The table includes the following columns:

Description

Asset Name

The name of the asset.

Tip: You can navigate directly to the asset record by clicking the asset name and selecting Go To Asset:

Number of Work Orders Associated

The number of work orders logged against this asset.

Average Risk Score

The average risk score for work orders logged against this asset in the past month. To learn more, see How risk scores are calculated.

Sum of Risk Scores

The sum of all risk scores for all work orders logged this asset in the past month.

 

Top 10 Closed Work Orders in the Last 7 Days

This section displays a table with the 10 highest-risk work orders that have been closed in the past week:

You can use this information to dive deeper into these specific high-risk work orders and determine what changes you might need to make to lower work order risk.

The table includes the following columns:

Column

Description

Risk Score

The risk score that the algorithm has assigned to this work order.

All high-risk work orders have a risk score of 666 or higher. The higher the risk score, the riskier the work order was deemed to be in relation to similar work orders.

Work Order Code

The code assigned to the work order. This corresponds to the work order's Code field.

Tip: You can navigate directly to the work order by clicking the ellipses button next to the work order code and selecting Go To Work Order:

Description

The description for the work order. This corresponds to the work order's Summary of Issue field (on the General tab).

Root Cause

The type of issue we identified with the work order. To learn more, see Root cause and diagnosis definitions.

Diagnosis

The issues that contributed to the Root Cause we assigned. To learn more, see Root cause and diagnosis definitions.

Spent Time (Hours)

The number of hours logged against this work order.

Work Order Completion Duration (Hours)

The total number of hours this work order was open.

Work Order Completion Delay (Hours)

The total number of hours this work order was delayed past its Suggested Completion Date.

Percent Complete

The percentage of tasks that were completed for this work order.

Estimated Time (Hours)

The number of hours the work order was estimated to take.

Completed Date

The date that the work order was closed.

Site

The site the work order was for.
