Audit trail data dictionary

Before you begin

  • This feature is only available to administrators, and is currently limited to work orders.

  • This feature is currently in beta. To learn more, contact your Fiix representative.

The audit trail CSV files contain the following information:

Column

Description

Time

The date and time that the change occurred.

Site

The site that the work order is for.

Service

The type of item that's being changed:

  • WorkOrder means that the change was to the work order itself.

  • WorkOrderTask means that the change was to a task within a work order.

  • WorkOrderAsset means that the change was to the asset the work order is for.

  • MeterReading means that the change was to a meter reading for that work order.

  • MiscCost means that the change was to the work order's miscellaneous costs.

  • WorkOrderPart means that the change was to parts consumed in that work order.

  • File means that the change was to files on the work order.

Identifier

For changes directly to work orders, the work order ID is displayed in this column. For changes to items within a work order, this column will be blank.

Parent

For changes directly to work orders, this column will be blank. For changes to items within a work order, this column displays the work order's ID.

Status

The work order's status at the time the change was made.

Asset Code

The name of the asset that the change was made for in the work order.

For example, if the change was adding a task for a specific asset, that asset's name would be displayed in this column.

Modified By

The username (or email address) of the user who made the change.

Action (CRUD)

The type of action (also called an event) that this change represents.

The possible actions are: CREATE, UPDATE, and DELETE.

Key

The key for the field being updated.

For example, a change to the asset assigned to a work order would have the key "intAssetID".

Value

The value associated with the change.

For example, for a status change, this column would display the status that was assigned to the work order in this change.
