Change display settings for the parts forecast report

Before you begin

This feature is currently in beta. To learn more, contact your Fiix representative.

By default, the parts forecast report displays purchasing recommendations for all sites, sorted alphabetically by site, and with columns narrow enough to fit on your screen width without scrolling.

If necessary, you can change how the report is displayed by doing any of the following:

  • To filter by site, select a site from the Site drop-down list at the top of the report, and then click the refresh button:

  • To reorder columns, drag and drop the column header to the new order:

  • To sort the report by a different column, click the column header. The app displays an up or down arrow to indicate whether the column is sorted in ascending or descending order. In the example below, the report is sorted in descending order by Recommended Purchase Quantity:

  • To sort by two columns, click the first column you want to sort by. Then, hold the Shift key and click the second column.

For example, to sort first by Site and then by Recommended Purchase Quantity, you would first configure the sort by Site, and then hold the Shift key and click Recommended Purchase Quantity:

  • To resize columns in the report, click between the columns and drag the column to the desired width:

  • To automatically resize all columns to their full width, click the menu button in any of the column headers and select Autosize All Columns:

  • To reset all columns to the default width, click the menu button in any of the column headers and select Reset All Column Widths:

  • To freeze a column (i.e. keep it static while you scroll horizontally), click the menu button in the column's header and select Freeze:

To unfreeze the column, click the menu button again and select Unfreeze.
