Set a user's hourly rate

If you want to be able to calculate labor costs for work orders, you must set hourly rates for any users who complete maintenance work.

To set a user's hourly rate:

1. In Settings > Users, click the user whose hourly rate you want to set.
2. In the Account tab, enter the user's hourly pay rate in the Hourly Rate field:
