Follow articles and sections in the help center

If you find yourself referring back to the same article or section frequently, you can "follow" it in the help center:

  • When you follow a section, you'll receive email notifications when new articles are published in it.

  • When you follow an article, you'll be able to access it easily from your Following list. However, you will not receive any notifications about the article.

To learn more, see the corresponding sections in this article.

Follow a section

Before you begin

You will only receive notifications about new articles in the section if your Fiix user account has an email address associated with it.

When you follow a section, you'll receive email notifications when new articles are published in it. For example, you could follow the 2020 Release Notes section to automatically receive an email whenever we publish a new set of release notes in that section.

To follow a section in the help center:

  1. In the feature menu of the CMMS, click the Help button:

The bottom of the feature menu with the Help button highlighted.
  2. Click Help Center:

The Help screen with the Help Centre button highlighted.
  3. Navigate to the section you want to follow.

  4. Click Follow > New Articles.

Because commenting is disabled, you will never be notified of new comments (even if you select New Articles and Comments).

  5. Repeat steps 3-4 for any additional sections you want to follow.
