Performance improvement

We've improved system performance by optimizing asset, work order, and scheduled maintenance logs.

The following bugs were fixed in this release:

BUG-349	In the Labor Tasks tab in Work Orders, the Completed By User column now displays the user's name instead of their ID.
BUG-926	Fixed an error that could occur when you tried to upload a file in a work order.
