Work order insights

We're pleased to announce the release of our second Fiix Foresight feature: Work order insights.

Work order insights is an applied AI solution that automates the process of reviewing work orders to identify problems and abnormalities that could impact your operations. The tool predicts asset failure and reduces downtime, while helping you optimize the maintenance process to free up team resources. It sends two reports (one for open work orders and one for closed) directly to your email inbox, meaning that you don't have to spend hours analyzing maintenance data to uncover these issues.

To learn more, see the following articles:

And be sure to check out our work order assistant, which helps you determine what steps to take after receiving the work order insights report.

New filter for Planned Maintenance Percentage widget

In Dashboards, you can now filter the the Planned Maintenance Percentage widget by work order status. To view a list of all the widgets and filters we offer, see List of dashboard widgets and filters.

Progress bar for deletion

We now display a progress bar when you delete records (such as work orders, assets, and scheduled maintenance) that are closely linked with other records:

The progress bar displayed when you delete records. It indicates the deletion progress and notifies you that you can navigate to other pages during this process.

Bug fixes

The following bugs were fixed in this release:
