Enable viewing work requests in the mobile app

Before you begin

Enabling this feature also enables viewing closed work orders in the mobile app. To learn more, see Enable viewing closed work orders in the mobile app.

When this feature is enabled, the mobile app displays the Work Requests tab in the Work Orders feature of the mobile app. To learn more about work requests, see Viewing, Editing, and Assigning Work Requests.

To enable work requests in the mobile app:

  1. In the web app, navigate to Settings > User Groups.

  2. Click the user group you want to enable access for.

  3. Click the Page Permissions tab.

  4. In the Page drop-down list, select Work Orders.

  5. Select the Can Access The 'Work Orders Administration Page' checkbox:

  6. Click Save.

  7. Repeat steps 2-6 for any additional user groups you want to enable access for.
