Running into an issue with your CMMS? Have a question you can't find the answer to? We're here to help!

There are three ways to contact our support team:

Please include as much detail as possible about the issue you're experiencing so that we can help troubleshoot it.

Log a ticket in the help center

If you access the help center through the Fiix web app (as described below), you can log a ticket for our support team using the Report an Issue form.

To log a ticket in the help center:

  1. In the web app, click the Help button near the bottom of the feature menu:

  2. Click Help Centre:

  3. Click Report an Issue:

  4. Complete the form:

    The Report an Issue form in the help center.

    Please include as much detail as possible about the issue you're experiencing so that we can help troubleshoot it.

  5. Click Submit.
