Before you begin
This article is about changing the password for an existing user account. If you're trying to set your password for a brand-new account, see Set your password instead.
There are a few ways you can initiate a password reset:
Using the Forgot your password link on the login screen
From within the app
Contacting your administrator

Use this method if you have forgotten your password, and your user account has an email address associated with it. If you forgot your password, but don't have an email address on your account, contact your administrator instead.
To change your password from the login screen:
On the login screen, click the Forgot your password? link:
In the dialog that appears, enter the email address associated with your account.
When you receive the password reset email, click the Reset Password link.
Enter (and re-enter) a new password:
Use this method if you haven't forgotten your password, but still want to change it.
To change your password from within the app:
Click the Account button:
In the Security and Access section, click Change Password:
Enter your current password.
Enter (and re-enter) a new password.
