Parts

You can choose which parts you want to receive predictions for. Although there isn’t any technical limitation to how many parts you can include, we suggest only reporting on your critical parts to start. This will allow you to focus on using and comparing predictions for your most important parts.

If you need help choosing which parts to include, try running one of the following reports:

  • The CMMS Top Parts Consumed report, which identifies the top 30 parts consumed against your work orders.

  • The Low Stock Inventory Items report, which lists all inventory items with low stock.

  • The Low Stock Inventory Items (with PO information) report, which also lists inventory items with low stock, but also indicates which items have purchase orders.

Any parts in your CMMS.

Reporting period

This is how often you receive part predictions.

Weekly or monthly

Day of week

This is which day you consider the first day of the week.

For weekly reporting periods, this will be the day you receive reports.

For monthly reporting periods, you'll receive your report on the first of the month, regardless of what day of the week it is.

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday

Report organization

This determines how the report is organized.

When you report at the site level, each site is listed in its own section. For example, the report could indicate that you need to order 20 parts for your entire Toronto site.

When you report at the facility room level, each facility room is listed in its own section. For example, the report could indicate that your Toronto site needs 10 parts for the first-floor facility room, and 10 more for the second floor.
