Work Request Portal

The work request portal replaces our existing guest request functionality. The new portal provides a new, more user-friendly interface for guest users (i.e. users without a Fiix login) to submit work requests from outside the CMMS.

The enhancements in this new version include:

  • Better clarity on requests: Get the information you need in requests by adding the necessary fields to the form and specifying which ones are mandatory.

  • Fewer status updates: Cut down on status updates (and duplicate requests) by allowing guest users to search, sort, and track requests.

  • Fewer submitted requests: Reduce the number of requests by allowing guests to select multiple assets on the same work request (Professional and Enterprise tier only).

  • More customization: Include custom fields in the work request form (Enterprise tier only).

We're rolling out this feature in waves throughout March and April. You'll receive an email 2 weeks prior to your scheduled launch date. If the timing we provide is not convenient, you'll have the option to push your rollout to a later date. Further details and exact dates will be available in the email you receive.

Dashboard Enhancements

In this release, we added three new dashboard widgets:

  • Current Online Assets, which shows the number of assets that are currently online.

  • Planned Maintenance Percentage, which displays what percentage of your total maintenance hours are devoted to scheduled maintenance.

  • PM Task Completion Percentage, which displays the percentage of preventive maintenance tasks that were completed on time in a given period.

We also completed our work standardizing filters on the remaining dashboard widgets. The following widget filters were updated:
