When you're configuring time-based scheduled maintenance, you can now specify what time the it triggers, rather than just the date.

By default, all time-based scheduled maintenance triggers at midnight (12:00 AM). However, midnight might not always be the most convenient time for your work orders to be created, especially if it's outside your normal working hours (and technicians are receiving work order notifications when they're trying to sleep). 

Instead, you can now set a trigger time that better corresponds to when you actually expect someone to start the work. To specify a trigger time for work orders in your scheduled maintenance, change the time in the new Trigger Time field:

Note: It can take up to 30 minutes to generate work orders, meaning that your work orders could be created up to 30 minutes after the time you specify. 

Already have scheduled maintenance you want to trigger at a different time? No problem! You can update them all at once by following the steps in Change the trigger time for scheduled maintenance.
