Single sign-on (SSO) will soon be available for Enterprise plans on v6 user management.
With SSO, users log in to Fiix using their IdP credentials instead of their Fiix credentials. Setting up SSO is a collaborative process that requires working closely with your Fiix representative at an additional fee. To learn more, see Set up SSO and SSO FAQ.
Unlike most features, your CMMS will not be updated for this change immediately:
- For Enterprise customers with SSO on v5 user management, your Fiix representative will contact you with timelines for upgrading to v6.
- For Enterprise customers on already on v6 user management, you would need to work with your Fiix representative to set up SSO.
