This release includes the following changes:
SM link in work orders
You can now access the original scheduled maintenance record directly from any SM-generated work orders. To do this, click the SM code on the work order:
This feature has been added to both v5 and v6 work orders.
Task filters in v5 work orders
You can now filter for completed and active tasks in the task list on a work order. To do this, click the drop-down in the bottom left of the task list, and select either All, Completed, or Active:
All displays all tasks regardless of completion status. Completed displays tasks marked as complete, and Active displays tasks that haven’t yet been marked as complete.
Next trigger threshold date
The Next Trigger Threshold Date has been added as a sortable column in the scheduled maintenance list. This column displays the next threshold date for time-based triggers:
For scheduled maintenance records with time-based triggers that are currently inactive, the column will display Paused instead of a date:
