Our new in-app onboarding guide helps admins with initial setup.
In this release, we're launching a new in-app onboarding guide that helps guide you through initial setup. The guide is displayed automatically (once per day) when administrators log in to their CMMS:
If you close the guide, you can open it again at any time by clicking Help & Resources > Getting Started:
The onboarding guide is available to customers who meet the following requirements:
- On the Basic, Professional, or Enterprise plan
- Did not purchase professional services
- Did not purchase through one of our partners
Direct navigation to assets in v6 Work Orders
In v6 Work Orders, you can now directly navigate to any associated assets on a work order by clicking on the asset's name:
