New Analytics dashboards

This release includes the following new dashboards in Analytics:

Dashboard Filters Description
Asset costs
  • Site name
  • Asset name
  • Category name
  • Parent asset name
  • Parent asset's category name
 This dashboard helps you keep track of your month-to-date, year-to-date, and all-time asset costs, including labor costs, stock costs, and miscellaneous costs.
Basic maintenance KPIs
  • Site name
  • Work order completed

This dashboard provides some standard metrics to help you track your team's performance and their use of the CMMS. You can also copy tiles on this dashboard to your own custom dashboards (requires a creator license).

Note: This dashboard provides basic metrics. For more advanced or customized metrics, check out the other looks and dashboards we offer, or contact your Fiix representative for assistance.
Data quality for closed work orders
  • Work order completed date
  • Site
  • Region
  • Users
  • Work order status
  • Is scheduled maintenance (yes/no)
 This dashboard offers similar insights as the existing Data quality for active work orders dashboard, but for closed work orders. It shows your data quality metrics for closed work orders, which you can use to identify gaps in your work order data that could affect your maintenance planning and efficiency.
Failure codes
  • RCA problem code
  • RCA cause code
  • RCA action code
  • Asset name

This dashboard helps you understand the problems identified in work orders and how they correlate to causes and actions taken to resolve them.

Note: Failure codes are only available on the Enterprise plan. This dashboard is still displayed to users on the Professional plan, but it will be blank.
Overall costs
  • Date
  • Category name
 This dashboard helps you understand your maintenance costs, including costs associated with work order line items and your parts on hand inventory. You can also use this dashboard to track which assets, parts, and sites have the highest costs.
Parts overview
  • Site name
 This dashboard can be used to track your parts inventory, including the value of your stock on hand, low parts, and open purchase orders.
Rotating asset tracker –

This dashboard helps you keep track of your asset moves, including which assets are checked out and which moves are overdue (i.e. past their return date).

Note: This dashboard only displays information about asset moves with a set return date. It does not include assets that were moved permanently.
Technician CMMS adoption
  • Site name
 This dashboard provides insights into how actively your users have adopted your CMMS, including how many have logged in and when their last login date was. It can also help you track other CMMS adoption metrics, such as work order creation and closure, as well as work request portal usage.

Analytics enhancements

This release also includes the following changes to explores in Analytics:

Explore Change
Asset Added fields for the date an asset was ordered and the date it was received.
Work order task Added the Parent Asset Category field, which displays the asset category assigned to the parent asset (as opposed to the parent category).

Retired looks and dashboards

As part of this release, we also retired the following looks and dashboards in Analytics:

  • Work orders blank checker
  • Work order problem by asset
  • Time between work order statuses
  • Detailed employee hours (legacy)

Action bar update

We’ve changed the way the action bar looks and performs on some list pages in v6. The action bar appears when the user selects one or multiple items in a record list if bulk actions are available. It remains in position as the user scrolls the list:
