View upcoming time-based scheduled maintenance in Calendar Beta
Calendar Beta now displays upcoming work orders for scheduled maintenance with a single fixed time-based trigger, allowing users to better arrange their schedule ahead of time.
To view upcoming work orders, click the Show button and toggle on Scheduled Maintenance:
Upcoming work orders cannot be edited, and are indicated with a purple Scheduled maintenance indicator on the calendar:
Once an actual work order is generated by the trigger threshold, it will replace the upcoming work order entry on the calendar.
Scheduled maintenance enhancements
In this release, we made the following enhancements in Scheduled Maintenance:
- Added a new Date Completed column to the Work Orders Created section of the Log tab. This column shows the completion dates for the work orders that were created via that scheduled maintenance:
- Improved how scheduled maintenance records are displayed. They now use the full width of the screen, consistent with how records are displayed in other features (e.g. work orders).
Quantity on hand in equipment details under Parts/BOM
You can now view quantity on hand (current available stock at current location) in the Parts/BOM tab on the equipment details page.
