This release (Android 1.45.1 and iOS 1.47.1) includes the following changes to our mobile app:
Reopen work orders in an asset record (iOS)
As an enhancement to the work order completion controls release, you can now reopen work orders from within an asset. Previously, this was only possible in the work order list.
To reopen a work order in an asset record, navigate to the Work Orders tab within the asset. Make sure the Show closed work orders toggle is on, as displayed below:
Tap the work order you want to reopen, and use the status drop-down to select a non-closed status:
Upcoming change to version support (iOS)
In the next scheduled release of the iOS app (1.48.0), we will no longer support iOS 14. We recommend updating to iOS 15 or later.
