Improved behavior when there isn't enough data to update the Asset Risk Predictor dashboard daily. Previously, the Hourly Risk History chart was blank if there wasn't data from the previous day (i.e. if there wasn't enough data to update the dashboard that day).
For example, if today is Feb 15 and the dashboard hasn't been updated since Feb 1, the chart was blank because there wasn't any hourly data to display from the previous day (Feb 14):
Now, the chart shows the hourly risk history from the last date the dashboard was updated (i.e. the date in the Latest risk data as of tile). Continuing the example above, it now shows the hourly risk data from Feb 1:
