How do I cancel my paid subscription and return to a free CMMS?

We want Fiix software to be your database of record for all maintenance related activities at your facility, and hope the additional functionality available in a paid subscription helps you accomplish that.

When you upgrade to one the Fiix paid plans, we turn on advanced functionality such as purchasing, multi-site CMMS, rotating assets etc. In addition, we add additional storage and database tables. As a result, your CMMS database changes significantly as the advanced features are turned on. 

If for any reason you need to downgrade your subscription back to a free account, there is no button to downgrade the data and database due. You need to start out with a fresh free CMMS account. We hope you consider upgrading again in the future if your situation changes.
