What happens if I miss my payment?

If you miss a payment, for whatever reason: Credit Card has expired, cheques being held up by accounts etc., you are given 15 days grace with an annual subscription, 5 days for a monthly subscription.

If for whatever reason you do miss a payment, it is recommended that you make contact with the customer success team at +1 855 884 5619 ext 3 to inform them of the delay. If your account is overdue you will notice the warning in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.

If after the 5/15 days grace payment has not been received, your account will be suspended until payment is received. Once payment is received your account will be reactivated immediately.
