A common issue is that after clicking Print, the Print Settings window disappears, and nothing happens. No printout is generated.
The #1 reason this happens is because pop-ups are blocked by the internet browser. Pop-ups must be enabled to allow the CMMS printout. Each browser will prompt you differently. In Chrome, the popup notification appears in the top right hand side of the screen. Pop-up settings can be changed under the internet browser settings/preferences.
When prompted, click to always allow popups from your CMMS URL:
Further Troubleshooting Steps:
1. If printouts can be made from another application then pop-ups are likely blocked.
2. If printouts cannot be made from another application check the printing settings and connections.
