Changing individual user languages

By default, new users are assigned the default language for the CMMS. However, if you have a user who would prefer to use the CMMS in a different language, you can change their language settings.

To change a user's language settings:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Users.
  2. Select the user from the list.
  3. In the Account tab, click the Language drop-down list:
  4. In the screen that appears, select a language.
  5. Click Save.

Note: You can create your own custom translations using the Localization feature. To learn more, see Create customized translations.
