Overview
Guest users refer to public users such as machine operators, mechanics, technicians etc. whose sole responsibility with regard to the CMMS is to submit work requests.
Note: Guest users cannot sign in to the CMMS. They can only submit a work request from the login page of the web app or mobile app.
Guest users cannot sign in to the CMMS, as such they are not assigned a username or password. The guest user profile is used to assign the guest user to sites when the multi-site feature is enabled. This is used to define which sites guests can submit work requests for.
