This article outlines how to add and remove columns from your work order list. This allows you to view the information that is the most relevant to you and your organization.
To modify work order view, perform the following:
1. Click the Customize button
2. Select the Select Visible Columns button
3. Select, or un-select the checkboxes to add, or remove headings from view. Click OK to finish.
4. The change is now reflected in the work order main browser window. Your new Site Column will be visible when viewing work orders.
5. Alternatively, users can use the drag and drop to customize views. By dragging the heading bar across, columns can be dropped into a new position.
