Assign a user to a system role

System roles are sets of permissions that users can be assigned to. System role permissions involve permissions relating to managing the CMMS. Users can only be assigned to one role. 

To change a user's system role:

1. Navigate to Settings > Users.
2. Click the user you want to edit.
3. Click the Access Control tab:
   
4. Click System roles:
   
5. Select the system roles to assign the user to and click Save:
   
    
6. The app displays a success message and the role changes:
7. To return to the users list, click Back.
