Before you begin
Version: v6 (what does this mean?)
|Filter by search term||Type at least 3 characters in the Search field and then press Enter.|
|Show users not assigned to a group||Click the Users missing group quick filter. This filter shows users that need to be assigned to a group and, in multi-site configurations, also need to be assigned to one or more sites.|
|Filter by status||Click the Status drop-down filter and click one or more statuses.|
|Filter by role||Click the Role drop-down filter and click one or more roles.|
|Filter by site||
Click the Sites drop-down filter and click a site. This filter is only visible for users in multi-site configurations.
|Filter by user group||Click the Groups drop-down filter and click a user group.|
|Sort the list||
Click the column heading you want to sort by. For example, to sort by job title, click that heading.
|Show more users per page||Select a different number from the Show drop-down list.|
|Navigate between pages||Use the left and right arrows or enter a number in the Jump to page field.|
|Clear all filters
||Click Clear filters.|
You can add, remove, or reorder columns to view different information about your users at any time.
