If you forget your password, you can request a password reset directly from the user details screen. Once you or your admin have requested to reset the password, we'll send you the same email you received when your account was first created:
To reset your password:
- Navigate to Settings > Users.

Click the Actions (...) button and then click Send password reset:
- The user will receive a password reset email to the listed address in a few minutes. Click the link in the email to type a new email address.
