The average number of hours between the selected statuses for both scheduled and unscheduled work orders. This data is also displayed as a scatterplot that allows you to identify the work orders that took significantly longer to transition between the selected statuses. To view more information about a work order, click on its dot and select Go to Work Order. |
Number of WOs |
The total number of scheduled and unscheduled work orders that transitioned between the selected statuses. In other words, this is how many work orders contribute to the data in the Average Hours Between Statuses tiles. |
Average Hours Between Statuses (Scheduled WOs) |
The average number of hours between the selected statuses for scheduled work orders specifically. This data is also displayed as a scatterplot that allows you to identify the work orders that took significantly longer to transition between the selected statuses.
