This dashboard shows you how many analytics seats you’ve assigned (by seat type) and which users you’ve assigned them to:
This information is helpful when you need to revoke or reassign a user’s access to analytics. To learn more about assigning analytics seats, see Assign analytics seats.
This dashboard contains the following tiles:
| Tile | Description |
|---|---|
| Creator permissions | The total number of creator seats you’ve assigned. |
| User permissions | The total number of user seats you’ve assigned. |
| Viewer permissions | The total number of viewer seats you’ve assigned. |
| Permissions by Type | A list of how many seats of each type have been assigned, as well as the number of users who have been assigned “No Access” to analytics. |
| Analytics Creator Permissions by Name | A list of the users who have been assigned Creator access to analytics. These users can view, filter, share, create, and edit looks and dashboards. |
| Analytics User Permissions by Name | A list of the users who have been assigned User access to analytics. These users can view, filter, and share, but cannot create or edit looks and dashboards. |
| Analytics Viewer Permissions by Name | A list of the users who have been assigned Viewer access to analytics. These users have read-only access, and cannot filter, share, create, or edit looks and dashboards. |
